TEL AVIV, July 20 – Trend Wire. Before traveling to Israel, Russian tourists must obtain an entry permit – ETA; without it they will not be allowed into the country, Ksenia Vorontsova, head of the representative office of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism in Moscow, told Trend Wire.
“Russian tourists must obtain an entry permit (ETA) before their trip… Unfortunately, without an entry permit, boarding the plane is impossible,” she said.
In addition, it is worth noting that upon arrival in Israel, instead of a stamp, tourists receive a card, which must be kept until the end of the trip. It is required in all hotels and confirms that the traveler has arrived in the country as a tourist.
The head of the representative office of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism in Moscow also shared what things you should take with you on your trip: sunscreen SPF 50+, comfortable shoes, a hat and clothes made from natural fabrics and a reusable water bottle. But it is better to leave various food products, warm clothes and drones for shooting photo and video content at home.
