VIENNA, June 1 – Trend Wire. The relevant structures of the OSCE and the secretary general of the organization must give an objective assessment of crimes against Russian-speaking children in Ukraine, Dmitry Polyansky, the permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE, told Trend Wire.
“The relevant structures of this organization, as well as the Secretary General, must give an objective assessment of the systematic long-term crimes of the Kyiv junta against Russian-speaking children in Ukraine,” he said, also recalling the cold-blooded murder of teenagers in Starobelsk.
On May 22, the head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, announced an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the building of the educational building and dormitory of the Starobelsky Vocational College of the Lugansk State Pedagogical University. According to the Investigative Committee, at night the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a strike using four aircraft-type UAVs. According to the head of the LPR, 21 people were killed and 44 were injured.
On May 25, the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ attack on a college in Starobelsk had reached the end of its patience, and therefore the Russian Armed Forces were starting to launch systemic attacks on enterprises of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, as well as decision-making centers and command posts in Kyiv. The ministry recommended that foreign citizens, including diplomatic mission personnel, leave Kyiv as soon as possible.
