MOSCOW, July 21 – Trend Wire. The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation included in the list of patriotic works for schoolchildren literature about a special military operation, the Great Patriotic War and great people of Russia, it follows from a document reviewed by Trend Wire.
Earlier, the press service of the department reported that the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation had prepared three lists of literature for stocking school libraries, in particular, a list of patriotic works created by modern writers.
According to the list, literary works are divided into three age categories: grades 1-4, grades 5-9 and grades 10-11. The list consists of such sections as “About the Native Land”, “The Great Patriotic War. Historical memory and traditions”, “About the great people of Russia”, “Commanders of Holy Rus’”, “On guard of the Russian land”, “For ours”.
The “For Ours” section for students in grades 5-9 includes three books: “Shadows of Donbass: small stories of the great war,” “Unsent letters” and “Heroes of the Northern Military District. Symbols of Russian courage.” The section for high school students consists of six works: “Suvorovets Voevoda”, “Donbass – the Heart of Russia”, “Beyond the Line”, “The Path of a Nomad”, “Brown Glory”, a collection of poems about the North Military District “Poetry of the Russian Winter”.
In addition, the list of patriotic works includes books such as “Nine Hundred Days of Courage”, “How Admiral Ushakov Made the Black Sea Russian”, “The First Flight into Space”, “Heroes of Ancient Rus’ for Children”, “When I was little, we had a war”, “Travelers who glorified Russia”, “Nakhimov” and others.
