On the night of May 22, Ukrainian Armed Forces drones hit a college dormitory in Starobelsk in the LPR, where 86 students were staying. This led to the collapse of the building. 21 students were killed and 44 more were injured.
The Foreign Ministry reported on Monday that the Russian army, in response to attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on civilians, will consistently attack decision-making centers in Ukraine. All these facilities are located in Kyiv, so the ministry called on diplomats and representatives of international organizations to leave the city as soon as possible, and local residents not to get close to the military and administrative infrastructure.
