“Explosions were heard in Odessa and Sumy,” says the message in his Telegram.
According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, an air raid alarm sounds in the Sumy and part of the Odessa region.
In response to attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russian troops launch air, sea and ground-based precision weapons, as well as drone strikes exclusively against military targets and enterprises of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex.
